Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and Cancellations can occur up to your order status being complete. Once good have been picked up or shipped to Family Island our in store policy comes into effect. Our store policy: All returns must be within two (2) weeks in the same condition as purchased. No Cash refunds. No Exchange on sale items of 15% or more. No exchanges on accessories or opened shirt packages. Exceptions are made for defective goods or other issues as determined by law.
