Fine Threads only offers In- Store Pick-up at both locations (Mackey St. or Southwest Plaza) and Family Island Boat Deliveries - Potter's Cay Dock. In-store pick-up is FREE and Family Island Boat Deliveries - Potter's Cay Dock has a cost of $5. Pick-up will be available 24-48 hrs of order being placed. Customers will receive an email when an order is placed (Status of order: Processing) and once an order is ready for pick-up or delivery to Potter's Cay Dock an e-mail will be send (Status of order: Complete).
Return Policy
All returns must be within two (2) weeks in the same condition as purchased. No Cash refunds. No Exchange on sale items of 15% or more. No exchanges on accessories or opened shirt packages. Exceptions are made for defective goods or other issues as determined by law.
